Whoever comes next is almost certainly not in Eureka. They are someone who already knows what Robert Usher made — or who would recognise it on sight and want to look after it. Seventy years of somebody's care is why there is anything left to look after, and that is not a thing an advertisement finds. A person who knows them is.
